Whether you are a professional athlete, mover, health enthusiast, or simply someone wanting to live, our method will teach you how to maintain your body and harness your genetic potential.

Proprioception Awareness

A simple touch and we have awareness of existence. Learn to master and understand the position of bony levers in-space. Accurate body sense is essential for feeling good in your body and being free of pain. Improving your proprioception is an excellent goal for anyone who wants to improve sports performance or reduce pain.

Body Alignment

Proper body alignment helps with body mechanics. That means it helps your body moves in a way that’s smart, efficient and with less risk of injury. Mobility Movement

On the surface, the stunning variety of human movement can appear quite complex. In fact, unraveling all of this miraculous function is more straight-forward than one might think. Movement & Mobility within the Physical Diversity Method is designed to facilitate seeing past the complexity and variability, to the common root language of fundamental shapes, positioning, and tissue organization that unify all human movement.

Human physiology hasn’t evolved much over the last ten thousand years. The shoulder is still the same. The knee functions in the same way. The movement, fighting, and sport’s traditions of modern humans are clear examples of how human beings have been leveraging motor control and technique to be able to express peak human physiology for thousands of years.

Strength Conditioning

When we combine these practically derived movement models with the modern formal language of strength and conditioning, along with our best understanding of human physiology, we are left a clear pathway towards improved human physical function. Yet most athletes and coaches don’t have a cogent, systems-based approach to evaluate human function that integrates movement theory and mechanics, or reconciles performance with resiliency.

Participate in the exchange of information between various types of movers. Information in specific isolated practices can be extremely useful for other types of movers. The intention is to provide tools and support the development of Movers and specialists – practitioners of both isolated movement practices as well as wider spectrum ones.
